IHB specializes in the intermediation of industrial goods
and machinery in the broadest sense of the word. These concern obsolete
goods, unmarketable stock, machines, complete plant lines and capital
assets. We effectively operate as brokers. IHB provides an
outsourced sales service,
selling items on behalf of its clients.
Together with our clients, we draw up a precise description of the items for
sale, complete with photographs, technical details and specifications, the
original value and a current market valuation.
On the basis of this assessment, we determine an appropriate asking price,
draw up a catalogue page and/or a separate catalogue, and log the item into
our sales system. We then go in search of potential buyers.
If so desired, IHB can organize all the practical arrangements, up to and
including transportation, machine disassembly and storage.
