We have 1750 over Crew members (Captains (Class I, II, and III),
Marine Engineers (Class I, II, and III),
and Rating) and standby in our base.
Most of them having experienced from Offshore Industries and
Offshore Vessel and all candidate Held
complete certificate of STCW 95 /ISM code under of
IMO regulation.
The main reason of successful export of Indonesian seamen is their
high professional and educational level (STCW
1995) and as a rule they have a
good knowledge of English. Our sailors can work in mixed crews, adapt
rather quickly and easily. This has great appeal
to foreign employers since the

coordination is very significant in such specific
human resource market as marine crewing. All of
