A small family orientated club and member of the
International Game Fishing Association (IGFA).
Denarau Game & Sport Fishing Club hold 10
competitions each year, their main competition being
"The Fiji Classic" which is held mid-year.
International are
welcome to compete in club tournaments. |

Fishing Association
Game Fishing Tournaments yearly. Fish for Sailfish,
Marlin, Wahoo, Yellowfin Tuna or Walu. |

many local members and international visitors. The
S.I.G.F.A. holds the Game Fishing International
Fishing Tournament with Samoan hospitality,

Vava'u Sports Fishing Club
Tonga International Game Fish Association
World class fishing for Blue Marlin (Pacific), Black
Marlin and Striped Marlin, Sailfish (Pacific),
Skipjack Tuna, Yellow Fin and pelagic species such
as Mahi mahi, Tuna, Wahoo (Valu Louniu) and a host of
reef species including Dog Tooth Tuna (valu Tonga)
and Giant Trevally (GT). Other fish include; Kawa
Kawa (Mackerel Tuna), Barracuda (‘Ono), Coral Trout,
Dolphin Fish, Grouper, Job Fish (utu), Long Tom (haku),
Spanish Mackeral, Rainbow Runner, Roundtail Seabream
(mu), Hammerhead Shark, Mako Shark, Oceanic Whitetip,
Shortbill Spearfish, Bluefin Trevally (lupo), Big
Eye Tuna, Snapper Emperor, Emperor Spangled (koango),
Queenfish. |

A small but fun Game Fishing Club established for
over 15 years. In November they hold the
International Game Fish Classic. Billfish, blue
marlin, sailfish, mahi mahi, wahoo, yellowfin tuna
and shark. Their website lists Vanuatu fishing
