White Fish Fillets Thai Style
Ingredients:
3 t Soy Sauce
3 t Fish sauce
1 t Brown sugar
pinch Salt
1 t crushed Ginger (John West)
2 t crushed Garlic (John West)
3 t Soy Sauce
3 t Fish sauce
1 t Brown sugar
pinch Salt
1 t crushed Ginger (John West)
2 t crushed Garlic (John West)
t = teaspoon for 2 - 3 people, tablespoon for 6 - 8 people

Method
* Mix all ingredients together.
* Marinate fish for 20 mins (no longer)
* Cook in hot oven for 20 mins
